Our charges are based on the complexity of your individual circumstances. Our initial advice is free and after assessing your case we will let you know the fee. You will be issued a fee agreement so you know exactly what you will be paying. Our fees range from a minimum fee of £695 for a standard mortgage to £995 for a complex mortgage including bridging and commercial. This is charged on mortgage application
